Intern with St Kilda Film Festival

Come and join in the festival fun! Are you a film buff, a Film Festival "Die Hard" or just keen to get a bit more experience in events? This opportunity might be for you...

Via participation in event delivery sessions (the number of which is at your discretion) interns can expect to gain experience across:

- Venue operations and ticketing management
- Ushering and cinema duties
- Distribution and collection of market research
- Event and production assistance across special events, including Opening Night and Closing Night
- Assisting with the filmmaker professional development program
- Distribution and collection of audience voting
- Assisting audience with questions, directions etc.

In addition to exposure to the festival on the ground and a 'golden ticket' to every 2025 St Kilda Film Festival event you're not on shift for, an additional session will be provided to provide insight to participants on the planning and delivery of the Film Festival event. The Festival encourages applicants who have experience or an interest in film and events to apply.

All applicants must be over 18 and will be required to hold a current Working with Children Check for the duration of their engagement.
