Calm The F**k Down

In a workshop setting, four female actors adopt male personas to reenact real family violence scenarios from the perpetrator’s perspective, guided by a men’s behaviour change specialist. Through this role-reversal experiment, the film examines the emotional world of violent men and the societal expectations on some men that shape ideas of what it means to “be a man.”
