In 2026 we had an explosion of submissions taking advantage of the characterful beauty of tape, Super 8 and 16mm filmmaking. In 2026 we are ecstatic to say the analogue revolution is here to stay!
In this session, we hear from some of the filmmakers in the 2026 program who've been working with analogue filmmaking and discover what they've learned, how they learned it and what tricks they've employed in mastering this wonderfully idiosyncratic but hugely enjoyable format.
